pueue
Schedule and manage shell commands with pueue, a command-line task queue.

About pueue
Pueue is a command-line task manager that processes a queue of shell commands for sequential and parallel execution. It uses a background daemon, so tasks continue without an active terminal or ssh session and can be controlled from any terminal on the same machine.
It supports task groups with parallel execution, dependencies, scheduled start times, pausing and resuming, and output inspection. The queue and logs are saved to disk and restored after a kill or system crash. It is not designed as a programmable scheduler for heavy-duty workloads such as hundreds of tasks.
