Lip Gloss
Style terminal layouts with Lip Gloss, a library of definitions for arranging command-line interfaces.

About Lip Gloss
Lip Gloss is an open-source Go library created by Charmbracelet for styling terminal user interfaces (TUIs) and command-line output. It uses a declarative, CSS-inspired syntax that is familiar to developers with web development experience, simplifying the process of defining consistent visual styles for terminal applications.
The library supports a wide range of styling capabilities, including standard ANSI text formatting (bold, italic, underline, etc.), multiple color profiles (ANSI 16, 256, True Color, and 1-bit ASCII), automatic color downsampling for terminals that do not support full color, spacing controls, borders, and layout utilities for arranging terminal content. It also includes built-in tools for color manipulation such as darkening, lightening, and blending colors.
Lip Gloss is designed for Go developers building terminal applications, CLI tools, or any command-line output that requires polished, readable formatting. It can be used as a standalone styling library or integrated seamlessly with Charmbracelet’s Bubble Tea TUI framework.
