libpython-clj provides Python bindings that connect Python libraries with Clojure code.
python-frog
Python bindings for Frog expose Dutch NLP functions such as tagging, lemmatization, named entity recognition, and parsing.

About python-frog
python-frog provides Python bindings for Frog, a natural language processing suite intended for Dutch. It exposes part-of-speech tagging, lemmatisation, morphological analysis, named entity recognition, shallow parsing, and dependency parsing. The underlying Frog tool is implemented in C++. The bindings require Python 3.6 or higher and are installed with pip. When binary wheels are available for a system, Frog and its dependencies are included, but the language data must be downloaded once with a separate command.
Windows is not supported natively. The source suggests using WSL or Docker containers on Windows. Language detection support requires the libexttextcat package to be installed first. The project is open source, and its pricing is unknown.
