About RunnerUp
RunnerUp is an open source Android app for tracking sport activities with the phone's GPS. It displays pace, distance, and time, and offers configurable audio cues, free runs with target pace or target heart rate zone, and interval workouts modeled after Garmin. It supports Bluetooth SMART (BLE) and ANT+ heart rate monitors, phone sensors such as step sensor and barometer, and a WearOS app.
Activities can be automatically uploaded to external applications such as Strava and Runalyze, and workouts can be shared with friends by email. The app is available via Play Store, GitHub releases, and F-Droid; the F-Droid version omits some features due to licensing. Current 2.x releases support Android 4.0 and later.
