StreamCap is an open-source live-stream recording client based on FFmpeg and StreamGet. It records from 40+ Chinese and overseas platforms and supports batch recording, loop monitoring, scheduled checks, and automatic transcoding.
It runs on Windows, macOS, and Web, and can run in Docker. It outputs ts, flv, mkv, mov, mp4, mp3, and m4a, can transcode finished recordings to mp4, and sends live-status notifications. Running from source requires Python 3.10 or higher and a separate FFmpeg installation, and one-time addresses on Xiaohongshu and Huajiao do not support loop monitoring.
