vod2pod-rss
vod2pod-rss converts YouTube or Twitch channels into podcast feeds, transcoding videos to MP3 without server storage.

About vod2pod-rss
vod2pod-rss converts a YouTube or Twitch channel URL into a podcast RSS feed that can be added to a podcast client. Video audio is transcoded to MP3 on the fly, by default at 192k, without saving video files on the server. It can also process a standard RSS podcast feed to produce a lower-bitrate version.
It is self-hosted software distributed with Docker images for Linux on amd64, arm64 and armv7. Without a YouTube API key, YouTube feeds are limited to 15 items and do not include the channel avatar.
