Verus
Verus verifies the correctness of low-level systems code written in Rust.

About Verus
Verus is a verification tool for code written in Rust. Developers write specifications describing what their code should do, and Verus statically checks that the executable Rust code satisfies those specifications for all possible executions. Instead of adding run-time checks, it relies on solvers to prove correctness. Verus supports a subset of Rust, and in some cases it can check code that manipulates raw pointers, which goes beyond the standard Rust type system.
The project is open source and under active development. The source states that features may be broken or missing and that the documentation is incomplete, so users may need to ask for help on the project's Zulip chat. The Verus community has published research papers, and the project lists industry and academic projects that use Verus.
