It blocks ads and trackers across websites with more than 750,000 filter rules, including lists such as AdGuard Base and EasyList that you choose to run. It works within Safari's own content blocking, and its developer says pages come up clean and fast. You can turn blocking off for individual sites, add your own userscripts and userstyles, and hide unwanted overlays with the element zapper. Settings can sync over iCloud.
