Weights & Biases
Weights & Biases supports model training, fine tuning, and management from experimentation through production.

About Weights & Biases
Weights & Biases is an AI developer platform distributed here as the open-source wandb library on GitHub. It lets developers track and visualize machine learning experiments — initializing runs from Python scripts or notebooks, logging hyperparameters and metrics such as accuracy and loss, and following how those values change during training. It also covers model management from experimentation through production, and a separate suite called Weave targets tracking, debugging, evaluating and monitoring of GenAI and LLM applications.
Deployment options include a multi-tenant cloud managed in W&B's Google Cloud Platform account in GCP's North America regions, a single-tenant Dedicated Cloud instance on W&B's AWS, GCP or Azure accounts, and a self-managed server on the customer's own AWS, GCP or Azure account or on-premises infrastructure. The repository page does not state pricing.
Key features
- Log hyperparameters and metrics from Python scripts or notebooks via wandb.init() and run.log()
- Visualize tracked metrics such as accuracy and loss across training steps
- Integrations with popular ML frameworks and libraries for tracking and data versioning
- Weave tools for tracking, debugging, evaluating and monitoring GenAI/LLM apps
- Multi-tenant cloud, dedicated single-tenant cloud, or self-managed hosting
- Open-source Python library installed with pip install wandb
- Source code is open source and published on GitHub with developer and API reference guides
- Can be self-managed on AWS, GCP, Azure or on-premises infrastructure instead of a hosted cloud
- Integrates with popular ML frameworks and libraries to fit into existing projects
- The multi-tenant cloud option is deployed only in GCP's North America regions
- Pricing is not stated on the repository page
