About World Data Centre for Greenhouse Gases
The World Data Centre for Greenhouse Gases collects, archives and distributes observation data on greenhouse gases such as CO2, CH4, CFCs and N2O, and related gases such as CO. It is operated by the Japan Meteorological Agency under the Global Atmosphere Watch programme of the World Meteorological Organization.
The site provides search for surface and mobile observations with metadata, satellite records, statistics, and publications including the WMO Greenhouse Gas Bulletin. Certain data can be downloaded without registration, while some data requires registration and all use follows the GAW Data Policy. Reactive gas data except CO is handled by a separate centre, with data submitted before 1 January 2016 migrated there.
