DownloadNet (dn)
DownloadNet evolved into Tree Document Format, a web collection format captured by Tree Grower and replayed with Tree Player.

About DownloadNet (dn)
DownloadNet (dn) has become Tree Document Format (TDF), a format for saving web collections as portable .tdf files. Browsing sessions are captured with Tree Grower and replayed from disk with Tree Player, locally and offline without a proxy, cloud service, or re-fetching.
Capture uses installed Chrome, Firefox, and Chromium-family browsers over WebDriver BiDi or CDP, pausing each response to store its body. Archives are single compressed SQLite files with indexed, deduplicated bodies and optional AES-256-GCM encryption. The original dn v4.5 is preserved in the legacy directory and is no longer developed or supported, and Safari support is on the roadmap.
