Oemer
Oemer transcribes images of sheet music into editable MusicXML that can be converted to MIDI.

About Oemer
Oemer is an open-source, command-line Optical Music Recognition system that transcribes images of sheet music into MusicXML files that can be edited and converted to MIDI. Running the command on an image outputs a MusicXML file and an image of analyzed elements to the current directory.
It is built to handle skewed and phone-taken photos of printed Western music notation. It probably does not work on handwritten scores or other notation types, and processing with a GPU usually takes around 3-5 minutes.
