PHI-base
PHI-base curates molecular and biological information on genes affecting pathogen-host interactions and some anti-infective targets.

About PHI-base
PHI-base provides curated molecular and biological information on genes proven to affect the outcome of pathogen-host interactions, including target sites of some anti-infective chemistries. Content includes pathogens, hosts, diseases, taxonomies, ontologies, and literature citations.
Users can search entries by text with autocomplete, use PHIB-BLAST to find homologs and their phenotypes, download data, view statistics, and submit published phenotype data. A newer interaction-centric version, PHI-base 5, is available, while version 4.19 will remain online until the end of 2027.
