The Human Protein Atlas organizes protein information across tissues, brain, cells, blood, disease, structure, and interaction resources.
VirHostNet
VirHostNet integrates and curates virus-host protein interaction data for reproducible systems-level analysis and visualization.

About VirHostNet
VirHostNet is a web-based bioinformatic information system for biocuration, data integration, reproducible systems-level analysis, and visualization of virus/host protein-protein interaction networks based on graph theory. It models interactions as an undirected graph and provides graph-theory metrics, such as viral and host degree, for ranking proteins. The resource is described as an open knowledgebase shared in PSI MITAB 2.5 format through the PSICQUIC webservice and the NDEx platform. The homepage labels the current release as VirHostNet 3.0-beta.
