UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot is the reviewed section of UniProtKB, with manually annotated protein sequences and experimental information.
SWISS-MODEL Repository
The SWISS-MODEL Repository contains annotated 3D protein structure models generated by a homology-modelling pipeline.

About SWISS-MODEL Repository
The SWISS-MODEL Repository provides annotated 3D protein structure models generated by automated homology modelling, plus experimental PDB structures mapped to UniProtKB sequences. Users can search by UniProtKB accession, entry name, or free-text protein name, and assess models using QMEAN results.
It contains 3,779,347 homology models and 244,563 mapped PDB structures, with homology models focused on reference proteomes of listed model organisms based on UniProtKB release 2026_03. Sequences without a model can be built in the SWISS-MODEL workspace, and users who want to download a large number of models are asked to contact the provider.
