TierSeuchenInformationsSystem
Germany’s animal disease information system records disease occurrences reported by responsible state authorities.

About TierSeuchenInformationsSystem
TierSeuchenInformationsSystem (TSIS) publishes data on the occurrence of animal diseases in Germany. The data are based on reports submitted digitally by the responsible state authorities to the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture through the TierSeuchenNachrichten (TSN) application, including individual case reports and reports on the lifting of restriction measures. Users can explore the data through workbooks, worksheets, tables, charts, maps and dashboards, with filters to narrow the displayed selection and a heatmap function to generate a video of disease development over time. The system is usable in full functionality without login and is updated once per night at about 3 a.m., reflecting the status of the previous day.
