xTeVe
xTeVe proxies M3U playlists for Plex DVR and Emby Live TV, with options to merge and update M3U and XMLTV files.

About xTeVe
xTeVe is an open-source M3U proxy for Plex DVR and Emby Live TV. It merges external M3U and XMLTV files, keeps them updated automatically, and can export them again. Channel management covers filtering streams, mapping, ordering, logos and categories, and streaming options include HLS/M3U8 buffering, re-streaming and an adjustable number of tuners. It works with the Plex and Emby EPG.
Builds are available for 64-bit Intel/AMD Windows, OS X, Linux and FreeBSD, plus 64-bit ARM Linux; community-created Docker images are recommended for 64-bit Linux. Plex DVR use requires Plex Media Server 1.11.1.4730 or newer, a DVR-capable client and Plex Pass, while Emby Live TV requires Emby Server 3.5.3.0 or newer, a Live-TV-capable client and Emby Premiere. A separate beta branch carries new features and bug fixes before they reach master and is not recommended for production.
