About Boostcamp
Boostcamp is a workout tracker and program app available on iOS, Android, and the web. It is designed for weight training at beginner to advanced levels. Users can log sets, reps, weights, and personal records, and follow structured training sessions.
The app provides access to more than 11,000 programs that can be browsed by goal, experience level, and schedule. This includes coach-designed programs from Geoffrey Schofield, Dr. Eric Helms, Cody Lefever, Jim Wendler, and others, as well as community programs such as nSuns 5/3/1, GZCLP, PHUL, and Reddit PPL. Each workout lays out exercises, sets, reps, and rest times, and auto-progression adjusts weights based on logged performance.
Additional tools include a rest timer, plate calculator, RPE tracking, and exercise demonstrations with form videos. Users can view training history and analytics for volume, estimated one-rep maxes, and muscle group engagement, or create and share custom programs with the AI-assisted program builder.
