dae
dae provides an eBPF-based transparent proxy solution for Linux, according to its repository description.

About dae
dae is an open-source transparent proxy solution for Linux that performs traffic splitting inside the kernel using eBPF. When ipforward is enabled, direct traffic can bypass proxy application forwarding, which limits extra resource use for those connections.
It can split traffic by local process name, LAN MAC address, and invert match rules, select nodes by policy using separate TCP/UDP/IPv4/IPv6 latency tests, and handle DNS routing. It supports several proxy protocols and full-cone NAT for shadowsocks, trojan(-go) and socks5.
Key features
- Kernel-level traffic splitting using eBPF
- Direct traffic bypass when ipforward is enabled
- Split local traffic by process name
- Split LAN traffic by MAC address
- Policy-based node switching using latency tests
- Full-cone NAT for shadowsocks, trojan-go and socks5
- Direct traffic bypasses user-space forwarding to reduce overhead
- Granular splitting by process name, MAC address, and invert rules
- Open-source code under AGPL-3.0 license
- Requires Linux with ipforward enabled for direct traffic split
- Co-hosted UDP servers need manual must_direct rule for server ports
- Foreign DNS for domestic domains can cause long initial load times
