The Data Buoy Cooperation Panel supports ocean observation and climate resilience through a network of data buoys and monitoring services.
Environmental Change Network
The UK's Environmental Change Network monitors air, soil, water, animals, and plants and provides data from its research program.

About Environmental Change Network
The Environmental Change Network (ECN) is a UK-based, multi-partner long-term ecosystem monitoring and research programme. It has measured air, soil, water, animals and plants across a network of sites for over 30 years, with monitoring in place since 1993. The network is funded by a consortium of UK government departments and agencies and coordinated by the UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (UKCEH). UKCEH manages the programme's data in a central database, which is made available for research and education.
The site offers access to environmental datasets from 1993 to 2015 and other site-specific datasets. It also describes 11 terrestrial monitoring sites, detailed data from rivers, streams and other UK sites, a catalogue of publications that use ECN data or sites, and a fixed point photo archive at selected sites. The homepage describes the data as free.
