SIBiLS
SIBiLS provides customizable information retrieval for biological literature through services including biodiversity and literature tools.

About SIBiLS
SIBiLS (Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics Literature Services) provides information retrieval over biological literature, allowing search of semantically enriched content by keywords and mapped biomedical entities from standardized and legacy vocabularies.
It covers four collections — MEDLINE, PubMedCentral (PMC), Plazi treatments, and PMC supplementary files — updated daily, and offers Fetch, customizable search, and question-answering APIs via REST, along with tools such as Biodiversity PMC, BiotXplorer, Variomes, SynVar, Celltriage and a SPARQL endpoint. Some services support internal SIB curation work, while others are available to life scientists. Fetch requests accept up to 1,000 document IDs, and search requests return up to 10,000 documents.
