PDF Bookmark Editor is a browser-based tool for adding and editing PDF bookmarks, including chapter, section, and subsection levels. It loads existing bookmarks, imports or exports them as a text file, and merges PDFs while retaining bookmarks. It also supports rotating, deleting, selecting, and reordering pages, plus multi-term search.
The app runs locally and can be installed for offline use. It does not set vertical position within a page, cropping is not practical in the app, and annotation or compression require separate tools such as Firefox/Librewolf or Ghostscript commands.
