LosslessCut
LosslessCut edits video and audio without re-encoding, with the project source available on GitHub.

About LosslessCut
LosslessCut is a desktop graphical interface for FFmpeg that trims and cuts video and audio files without re-encoding them. Because it copies the existing data rather than recompressing it, it avoids quality loss and runs quickly. The project describes its main use as rough-cutting large files from cameras, GoPro devices, and drones to remove unwanted sections and save storage space.
Beyond cutting, the tool can rearrange and merge segments, edit and extract individual tracks, take frame snapshots, and save cut segments to a project file. Some functions have limits: smart cut is marked experimental, batch export is not yet available, and lossless merging requires files with identical codec parameters. The project is open source and its source code is hosted on GitHub.
