Mahou
Mahou switches keyboard layouts through a utility described as a magic layout switcher.

About Mahou
Mahou is a keyboard layout switching utility that switches between layouts specified in settings rather than moving to the next layout. It can convert selected text, the last typed word, and the last typed line, and stores settings either beside Mahou.exe or in %AppData%.
It requires .NET 4.0 or higher. Updating from versions earlier than Mahou-v2.5.7.6 does not work because the previous update method stopped working.
