About NullBoard

Nullboard is a minimalist kanban board and task list manager, designed to be compact, readable and quick to use. It is a single-page web app built from one HTML file, and it can be used completely offline. All data is stored locally in the browser using localStorage. The project describes itself as still in beta.

Notes and lists can be edited in place, and changes are saved automatically. The last 50 revisions are kept for undo and redo. Notes can be dragged between lists, collapsed to their first line, and added directly where needed. Data can be exported to and imported from a plain text file in a simple JSON format. Automatic backup to a local disk is available through separate Nullboard Agent apps, which include a native Windows app, an Express.js portable app and a Python version for Unix systems. The app is written for desktop use with keyboard and mouse. Mobile and touch input are essentially untested. It works in Firefox and was tested in Chrome.
