Pdfcraft
PDFCraft describes a browser-based toolkit for editing, converting, merging, splitting, and securing PDF files.

About Pdfcraft
Pdfcraft is an open-source, browser-based toolkit for working with PDF files. The project repository lists more than 90 tools for editing, converting, merging, splitting, compressing, and securing PDFs. Processing happens client-side in the browser using WebAssembly, so files are not uploaded to an external server.
You can merge PDFs, split by page ranges, extract pages, delete or rotate pages, reorder pages, and combine pages into N-up layouts or a single page. A beta workflow editor lets you connect multiple operations into a saved pipeline, with more than 23 pre-built templates for tasks such as merge and compress, document preparation, and creating secure PDFs.
The interface supports English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. It suits people who need common PDF tasks on their own device and prefer that documents stay local rather than being sent to an online service.
