localhost.run creates an SSH tunnel that connects web applications on a local computer to the internet.
PingTracer
Trace network latency by continuously pinging each host between a computer and its destination.

About PingTracer
PingTracer is an open-source graphical pinging and traceroute application for Windows. It continuously pings each network host between a computer and a chosen destination, graphs latency over time, and marks packet loss in red to help identify the source of connectivity problems. The trace route operation is not optimized for speed and can take many seconds if hosts are unresponsive; it attempts to contact each host only once, and hosts that fail to respond during that operation are not monitored. Ping rates can be increased up to 10 pings per second per host, which may trigger ICMP rate limiting on some routers and produce packet loss that does not reflect actual network performance.
Key features
- Continuously pings each network host between the computer and a destination.
- Displays latency over time on graphs and marks packet loss in red.
- Provides trace route with one attempt per host; unresponsive hosts are not monitored.
- Supports ping rates up to 10 pings per second per host.
- Offers command-line arguments for saved configurations, window placement and auto-start.
- Includes keyboard shortcuts for jumping and paging through graph history.
- Open source under the MIT license.
- Graphs latency over time and marks packet loss in red.
- No third-party dependencies except .NET Framework 4.6.2.
- Trace route is not optimized for speed and can take many seconds when hosts are unresponsive.
- Hosts that fail to respond during trace route are not monitored.
- Higher ping rates may trigger ICMP rate limiting on some routers, causing packet loss not representative of actual network performance.
