About fclones
fclones is a command-line utility that identifies groups of identical files and removes unneeded copies. It supports filtering by path, name pattern, file size and recursion depth, accepts file lists piped from standard input, and outputs results as text, CSV or JSON.
Lists of duplicates can be inspected and modified before removal, and a --dry-run option shows planned file-system changes. It is available on multiple operating systems but works best on Linux, and copy-on-write reflink deduplication is not supported on Windows.
