About FlicFlac

FlicFlac is a portable Windows application for converting audio files between WAV, FLAC, MP3, OGG, and APE. It also accepts M4A and AAC as input, but does not output to those formats. It uses included command-line tools: flac, lame, oggenc/oggdec, MAC, and faad.

Files can be converted by selecting an output format and choosing files, dragging files or folders onto the interface, or using a single-file context menu entry. On first run it creates an INI file for settings, and MP3 bitrate, encoding mode, and presets are configurable through that file.
