About SeaDataNet
SeaDataNet is a pan-European infrastructure for accessing marine data measured by countries bordering the European seas. Users can enter their own criteria to search and download data from the CDI catalogue, and download aggregated temperature and salinity datasets by sea basin and regional gridded climatologies based on those datasets.
It also provides freely available tools for file format management, metadata creation, analysis and visualisation, metadata catalogues for organisations, datasets, projects, observing systems, cruises and data descriptions, vocabulary lookup via the NERC Vocabulary Server, and data publishing with a DOI through SEANOE.
