Use Stratum, an open-source Android app for generating two-factor authentication codes, with encrypted backups, account categories, and a Wear OS companion app.

About Stratum
Stratum is a free two-factor authentication (2FA) app for Android, described on its homepage as open-source and released under the GPL 3.0 license with publicly auditable source code. It generates rolling 2FA codes for accounts supporting TOTP, HOTP, mOTP and related protocols, with no internet access required to function.
The app includes encrypted backup and restore for authenticator data, account categorisation, customisable display density and accent colours, and a Wear OS companion app that syncs codes from a paired Android device for offline watch access.
