About Foli Con
FoliCon is a Windows application that replaces standard folder icons with artwork for movies, TV series, anime, music albums, games, and books. It looks up posters, fan art, release data, and IMDb/TMDB ratings through TMDB, IGDB/Twitch, and DeviantArt, renders the result as .ico files, and applies them without restarting Explorer.
It offers Poster Mode for TMDB artwork and Professional Mode for curated DeviantArt icons, with an overlay store and designer for frames, borders, and rating badges. Use requires Windows and setup of the third-party services with their own API keys or logins.
