About LightBulb

LightBulb is an open-source application that reduces eyestrain from staring at a screen during late hours by adjusting display gamma through the day. It transitions color temperature from cold blue in the afternoon to warm yellow at night to match surrounding light sources.

It supports location-based or manual sunrise and sunset times, a whitelist for color-sensitive applications, and global hotkeys for adjustment. It works without an internet connection, while community-maintained install packages may not always be up to date.
