EtchDroid writes operating-system images to USB drives on Android without requiring root access.
Ventoid
Ventoid writes USB drives from Android over OTG with a Ventoy-style workflow, according to its repository description.

About Ventoid
Ventoid prepares USB drives from an Android phone over OTG using a Ventoy-style workflow, allowing bootable media to be created without a working PC. Users select the target USB device, choose an MBR or GPT layout, then copy ISO files to the exFAT data partition with Android Files or another file manager.
It requires Android USB host/OTG support and a USB mass-storage device visible to Android. It does not require root, does not download ISO files, and is not the official Ventoy app. Writing can erase or overwrite drive data, and boot success depends on target firmware, Secure Boot settings, MOK enrollment, and ISO compatibility.
